I never recieved the item , it was marked as delivered when it wasn't evri said it had & i ended up loosing £30 as funds was released by vinted ,disgraceful on them This is not your fault as you posted quickly & did what was asked of you , so great seller, ive changed the rating as it was unfair on you ,hope this is OK.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

In its original packaging

Returned in the same condition it was sent out

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs — make sure to get proof of postage and track your return. If the item comes back damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

That means you’ve got the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. But please, don't ghost us — just drop us an email and we’ll walk you through the return.

(we don’t run the border patrol), but you’ll have tracking to follow your parcel every step of the way.

We keep it simple, sustainable, and secure. Your item will arrive safely, but we’re not about bubble wrap excess or plastic waste. Style with conscience.

Lost or Delayed Orders
